I Have upgrated with a new phone few months ago and The Manager at the Sasolburg Branch asked meif we want Insurance, and we said yes, because it is an expensive phone and we bought it for our daughter. the phone is a Sony Ericson Aino. When the phone fell and we took it to the Vodacom branch they said there was no ionsurance on the phone, I complained thet and they filled in the forms a second time.
