I read reviews left by Americans and found them ridiculous!! First of all, Americans are dumb enough to not fix their own problems. Secondly, they want free support whereas they don't think twice before queuing up for hours for iphone or some such fad to spend money. Americans themselves won't work for free but want to get work done for free from Indians. They come up with computer issues never imagined off {eg. broken coffee tray which is actually a DVD player} and would blame HP, Dell, Acer and what not if there is an issue... read full review »
