i got the mobile at xmas as apresent did not start using till a month later i used for 2mths then one day i went to put on and it wouldnt go on.so i took back to shop and they said they would send away to get repaired and if it didnt get fixed they would replace, but when i went to pick up she was rather cheeky the phone was still broke had a years guarentee on it but if i wanted it fixed i was to phone service department up myself, i said with what & they never said use our phone, i have a blind daughter & a mobile is needed just incase, even... read full review »
