I contacted OneTravel to inquire about the fees I would be charged to cancel my airline tickets. We had booked through OneTravel, and their phone number was listed for customer service. Oh My God what a mistake. If I ran any type of travel company I would never allow OneTravel to deal with a customer of mine. The rep. that answered the phone talked so fast, and had such a heavy accent I could not understand her at all.
