Worst dental experience ever. Dr. Alaviri is unprofessional. At our first visit, he did not even introduce himself, explain what he was doing or what the plan was. He came in, looked, chit chatted with staff, then left as though we were not even in the room. Meanwhile his seemingly 18 year old unexperienced dental assistant was braiding her hair in the mirror in the exam room. The front office staff ignored our requests to obtain records from our previous dentist. Unbelievable! They certainly did not try hard to provide any customer service whatsoever.
