I was told by one of the customer service reps that the Chanel Womens Handbag Chanel Tote Bag Clutch 2223 red was 100% authentic and orginal. When I received the item it was a counterfeit. I repeatedly sent emails to try and contact them about this issue but did not get any responsewhat so ever. I have reported this website to BBB and they are investigating this company. They charged my credit card and sent me a counterfeit handbag I never heard from them again. The customer service is horrible, I advise everyone to stay away from this website or else you will be scammed big time. read full review »
