I received a phone call from DHL Larnaca Office to inform me that a package was awaiting my collection. I checked their web site to confirm their opening hours, it said 0800hrs until 1300hrs. I was at the door of DHL at 1155hrs the following day only to find that the door was locked and that all lights inside were out. No notice on the door informing customers why. And for that matter no opening hours information. Typical of Cyprus! A law to themselves! I did a round trip of 22 miles for nothing and to make matters worse I have to make the same jurney again on Monday if I want the package! read full review »
