I was having a Saving acount with HDFC Bank, Aligarh - Account No. 3852. When I attained the age of 60 I requested the bank to close my said account and open a new account. Accordingly my new account No.3736 was opened. When I contacted the bank and asked them why my old account has not been closed. I was asked to fill the account closure form which I had already given to them.
