I was a Meaningful Beauty for 2+ years and was satisfied with their products. When I received my Feb. shipt. earlier this year, the 3 small bottles of cleanser were all cracked and the product had oozed out. I sent an email to customer service and received a timely response. They would replace the product. However, what they neglected to say was that I would be billed for the replacement.
