Terrible experience with Dana Ford. Went there, made a deal on a car. Decided we wanted a fully-loaded car, they didn't have it in stock, nor did they know when they'd have it in stock. We asked for our deposit back (keep in mind this was memorial day weekend) and they said the "systems were down and to come back the next day." We came back and they REFUSED to give us our deposit. BEWARE! They are crooks!!! DO NOT PUT MONEY DOWN!!! We dealt with Michael Price as our salesman, Joe (manager) and Dave (manager) We also spoke with Douglas Hansen, and he was very very rude and unhelpful. read full review »
