May 31, 2011 I visited Arbys to purchase dinner for my family using a coupon that was for 4 regular roast beef sandwiches for $5. Which you could purchase up to 20 in multiples of 4. So I purchased 16. The cashies took my money and as my order was being made the manager came out and said she would not honor the coupon. She said it pisses her off that Arbys sends out coupons so that they can loose money. She then told me that she would let me have one set of 4/$5.
