I ordered 25 Willow Hybrid trees. Of the 25 trees 17 were DOA. I contacted the seller, instead of replacing the defective trees they gave me a credit for a percentage of the purchase. The Credit is enough to replace 5 of the 17 defective plus I have to pay the postage and handling. I moved my business to another Nursery that had the same trees at a fraction of the price. read full review »
