I deposited Rs.200000/- in Feb'2007 in my SB A/C NO 30093913611 putting my sign on the pay in slip as depositor. One Mr. Pramod Kumar Rajak reported to be staff of State Bank of India & posted at any other branch, with the connivance of Doctors colony Kankarbagh, Patna branch staff has put his sign on the pay in slip afterwards, pretending to be depositor, thus tampering with the voucher.
