I purchased a property from this developer in April 2007 it was due to be completed in April 2007 but it is now 2011 and the complex still hasn't been connected to the water mains? The developer state that this is down to the Paphos water authorities but the water authorities state this is down to the developer NEVER applying for permits on this complex due to bad workmanship and they can never be granted until works are corrected.
