There is a major problem with the Uverse Design. I was very happy with the service until I upgraded my amateur radio station. I later found that the unshielded wire to the house operates on the same frequencies as the amateur bands. When I transmit between 3.5-4.0Mhz or 7.0-7.3Mhz I found I knock out our video. Repeated calls to tech service found no one who understood their problem. I was finally told to hire an Electrician to solve the problem. That was the last straw and I am canceling the service.
