My daughter purchased gold for a game she plays and never received it. They promise (it actually says Promise) delivery in 10 minutes. When you try to contact them through their "Live Chat" you get: "The supplier is not online" if you ask for a refund, they do not respond at all. I started the dispute process with Pay Pal.
