I had problems with a new computer and a virus Microsoft Security 7. I purchased the Spyware program that promoted eliminating and removing this and any other problems with my computer. I fell for it and purchased this program which instead of fixing the problem, it crashed my new computer. I have on many attempts to receive a refund and they refuse this.
