The treatment I have received from several Kingfisher staff has been appalling and Kingfisher have done nothing constructive about these issues. In fact they have ignored all my correspondence. On my journey from London to Goa, one case was broken into and some items were missing. Kingfisher staff failed to organise repair or communicate properly with me over a period of 4 weeks, has caused me to miss functions and tours previously organised.
