I have been an Equifax customer for 8 years. They are the poster child for TERRIBLE Business Practices. DO NOT USE THEM. Over the years, it's been consistently obvious that Equifax lacks serious professional business ethic. I have never seen a website, backed by such manpower, go through so many horrendous design iterations in my life.
