I have been trying for three weeks to get a phone that I have owned since January, but has been out of use, reactivated with a new number. After two attempts to activate the phone, I was told that I needed a new sim card. They promised to send it in 7 to 10 working days. I never received the sim card so I called again and was promised a sim card in 48 hours. The card never arrived.
