On April 29 2011 I made a reservation by phone at Holiday Inn Exp. P.S.L. for June 2 and June 3 (confo # LK18273) . I was told they had to have a credit card # to hold the room. Unexpectedly my credit card was charged for the full amount that same day. On May 30 I called to cancel my June 2 and 3 reservation due to a death in the family. I was told by an agent at the hotel that I couldn't cancel, that the reservation was pre-paid, and there was no refund. I said I was not made aware of a no refund on the reservation by the agent.
