Call them within 30 days of order date for RMA number to return product. They don't read the small print themselves. Their small print says, You also have thirty days from order date to receive a refund minus shipping and handling. Problem was that they kept telling me that the thirty days is only allowed if you called them with 14 day trial period. They refused to give me a RMA number based on this rule.
