I have purchased Microtek Inverter 860 VA from Kapoor Storage Battery, Chawla Plaza, Shop No.30, Plot No.14, 15, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai -400614, Tel 27570199 vide bill No.1556 dtd.05/06/11 but the dealer has not given me the scratch card which is due as show in the advertisement, the dealer has informed that the scheme is only in Delhi, kindly confirm as per my knowledge if there is a scheme in place it should be for the whole of India and not just location wise.
