I had placed a cake delivery order with delhionlineflorists.com. I got a mail from them confirming placing the order but the cake was never delivered. When i called them with order delivery status, customer care executive mentioned that it has been delivered as per their agent & their system. On my insisting he put me on hold & then disconnected.
