Phoenix car rental is the same as Sabain car rental. They quote you a great rate. Then put you in a death trap and add extra fee's. They charged me $200 over the quote. They also do not tell you when you make the reservations that it is rent a broken down banged up nasty unsafe car. I could have paid $647 with Hertz with all taxes included if I wanted to pay for an airport shuttle to Scottsdale.This company also goes by sabian car leasing. read full review »
