Dropped off a camera to be developed last week, made sure I checked off what I wanted checked with the clerk to make sure it was right. She said yes and then verbally told her I wanted just a cd. she said that is what I marked. went to get it today and the store charged me for double prints i did not order and no cd. when i took special care to make sure it was right. then she tell me something different. train your clerks to say the same things. so we dont pay more for unwated merchandise ! read full review »
