I understand that these waiters and waitresses are working for low wages and I am always a good tipper IF I get good service. Put it this way, at my job, I have to depend on what you buy to keep my job so why should I go to your job and get treated like crap and give you a big tip for it? If you come to my table and are nice and respectful and do what you can to give me good service you are going to get atleast the 15% tip.
