3 month story short: Spent approx 3.5K at this store and they did not hesistate to take our money. Received all our merchandise after hunting around town for all the pieces EXCEPT ONE which was ordered in November 2010 and we still don't have it. We still cannot get anyone to resolve the issue, I have made phone calls to the district manager and their corporate office.
