The website says 'agents on duty now to take calls', but I have called many times and sent emails inquiring about a flight I would like to book. When calling, I am left on hold for 15 mins, then disconnected. No responses to emails. Don't bother w/ this company. It's prudent to believe they are not on the 'up and up'. read full review »
