I saw a commercial on TV for a free search, for who's searching for you. I went to the website and it was suppose to be free 7 day trial until you give them your information, and then they took out $191.40 and $155.40 from my account. I called them 2 minutes later and they would NOT refund my money and had already took it out of my account!! After my complaining, they finally said they would refund my money all except $18.96 and cancel my account. I basically got nothing for my money and I'm NOT sure they will refund my money back into my account. They said it will take up to 10 days for the refund!!!
