I am really frustrated to deal with this company, Choice Home Warranty (CHW), and decided to terminate my contract with them even if cost me $50. I recently purchased 5yr old home and my realtor suggested this home appliance warranty. I had this AC unit stopped blowing cold air. I called CHW to request service, a technician came and looked at the unit and told my wife, i am at work, that needs Freon and parts are dirty. SO i called CHW to find out what is next step.
