Zoombak is a scam that charges you relentlessly even after you return the device. They will continue to charge you even though no services are being rendered and then the will refuse to credit you for those charges for lame excuses ranging from "policy" to pathetic. I have been arguing with their customer services reps for over one month now and have failed to get an answer. Each and everytime I call, I am told to call back, getting no resolution each time.
