Tried to download the renewal on line Norton Antivirus as previous one expiring on 12/5/08. It froze my computer, could not access any of my programs, and my computer is only one year old. I had to Uninstall the whole download, now I want my money back. $49.99. They won't reply to their site email address. read full review »
