Dear Sir/ Madam I had purchased a Motorolla EX115 handset on 1st Jan, 2011(along with extended warranty of 2 years). There were some defect in it since first day- 1. messaging- one message sent to many people was only forwarded to the first recipient n all the others got a blank message 2.speed dialing- even when activated, it did not work. I have made 4 visits to the customer care center at Laxmi nagar(around 15-16 kms from my home), and at the end all resulted in - my instrument being still suffering from the defects.
