We got two websites developed from M/s DBS Infosoft represented by Mr. Neeraj Vats, its CEO. at the time of taking order he committed on providing complete back up of the websites. We took the package and paid him Rs.5000/- towards web hosting charges. However, when we asked him for the website back up and code to enable us to shift to our internal server, he refused the backups and asked us to download ourselves.
