I'm not happy with Sprint! I've been a customer for9 years and I feel like I just keeping getting the run-around! I've had NUMEROUS problems with the Instinct (It's been replaced 13 times). Each time I speak with a rep, they agree that the phone was not what it was promised to be. I have been out of my contract for 2 1/2 years and decided to upgrade my phone as I had a $150 upgrade credit. Yet, when I purchased the phone there was no credit on the account.
