Vehicle with less than 5, 000 miles, less than a year old to be repaired. Was quoted it would take 17 days to fix it (2.5 weeks or so) but it took 8 weeks!! AND IT"S still not fixed! I took the vehicle back after 8 weeks b/c they obviously couldn't fix it and in the process of them "fixing" it- they damaged the moon roof, several sills plates inside, interior door pieces and they ruined the car battery as after the car came back it would not longer hold a full charge!
