I feel very unhappy with Scottish Power. The price rise they have announced cannot be justified and worries me during what is still a poor economic climate. This announcement has come a day after I contacted the company regarding my bill. At the last bill my payments were increased from £60 to £80 (dual fuel). I asked if they would reassess this increase as I feel it is excessive and difficult to afford. The answer was prompt-they have 'kindly' reassessed my usage and my new payment will be £85!
