Buying car for my 22 year old son. When we would not accept their offer at Kia Carnival at Rivergate Mall finance manager got up from table and started screaming across the showroom "You just take yourself down the street to other car dealership and buy you one". At this point I told the finance manager he was a shame and disgrace and there was no reason to scream at us because we would not purchase the car. He stated his general manager sitting right beside him. General Manager of Carnival Kia at Rivergate would not look at us or turn his head to acknowledge what was happening.
