I simply emailed Martha explaining that I was not looking to spend more than $300 for a puppy. Typically I will get a response stating that they unfortunately can not do this or that they have a certain puppy that they are willing to work with a price range, provided I give them more information. However, Martha immediately responded with "this isn't a flea market, not interested in selling you anything."
