I have been a good customer and always pay my monthly bill on time before date due.. Before my interested rate was 9.9% and they increased to 17.9% in Feb 2010.. I was so upset when I recieved the statement and I thought wait a min it's a mistake and impossible.. I was very ill for 1 yr due to my lower back and both legs before I had the surgery and I am 100% disabled.. I called Captial One and complaint about this interest rate is outrageous..
