Since last May we have had a very hard time financially due to medical issues. The bills are still coming in and we are overwhelmed. I have since then been in their hardship plan. However, there are suppose to be other ways to be able to pay down your debt, without just the waiver of the late fee, that is all they offer to me. I want to get my bill paid off without being turned over to collection agency, I deal enough already with them on my medical bills, but they won't work me on the other offers they do offer. Okay I think I have the right policy here. This is the type of insurance you can get on baseball tickets if you are unable to attend a game for ANY reason right? (at the time I didn't know you could get other tickets if the game gets rain out on the same day from ball club) Anyway, I called them when I found out I was scheduled to work that day. I had requested off, however, I didn't realize that when I looked at my tickets I ask for wrong day off.
