Dear Sir / Madam, The consignment number S84151228 was handed over to first flight courier on 02/06/11 with 203 kgs weight at Arakonnam, Tamilnadu (~100 kms from Chennai, Tamilnadu). After 6 days of vigorous follow up with various agencies it was informed that the consignment is lying in Chennai cargo as it is overweight / oversize. Then why was it accepted during booking? Then on 08/06/11 it was rehanded to first flight courier at Arakonnam by splitting it into 4 boxes. Till today morning it was informed that it is booked in 6.30 am... read full review »
