I have had hope for Bidrack since the beginning, and have gone though some pretty major issues with them, and still stuck by them, even spending quite a bit of money. However this authenticity guarantee is just another one of the things about this company that disappoints me, and is unrealistic. There is no way any company is going to contact BidRack about a product that is not even their product, but is a non-authentic knock-off of their product.
