I stupidly purchased one of these irons for my daughter as a birthday present. She thought it wasn't like my own GHD and when trying to register it on the official GHD site was told it was a fake! The company who accepted my $200 NZD payment - GSPAY - are acting as an intermediary for this fraud. When I made a complaint to them they came back to me with "vendor said no refunds, you can get one for free if you have any problem with working." DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE HAIR STRAIGHTNER SHOP AND DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING THROUGH GSPAY PLEASE PUBLICISE THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE read full review »
