I purchased a home warranty with Choice 5/03/2011 for a 1yr contract. I paid $365.. In June 2011 have a small child and the A/C went out..the techs said it had a compressor that needed to be replaced..I sent in the required documentation and they still flat out refused to honor the claim. The customer service (Mike) was very rude and the Supervisor (John) was a joke. This company needs to be stopped and I am pursuing a class action law suite against them. read full review »
