Last time Schneider was out my iPod dock was damaged and no longer works. I had the repairman return to look at it he said they didn't do it, argued with my fiancee who saw him place the TV on the iPod connected to the dock (my room mate also saw it), and left. I called Schneider to address the issue they said that if I brought it to them they would see if they could fix it. I do not feel that I should have to deliver the dock to have this resolved.
