I allowed 6-10 business days to receive my package, and then I even paid extra for priority shipping (3-5 business days) to make sure I would have it by the time of my sister's bachelorette party, and my package did not arrive in time for the event. I called the "customer service" line countless times and kept getting the same message that "all representatives were busy" - Yeah right, at all times of the day. Thats a hoax.
