I purchased a 2002 Ford Taurus ses from Drivetime and started making payments on it 04/09/2011. On 06/03/2011 I took it to Sear Automotive Center for oil change. The tech told me there is a substantial gas leak, no dash warning lights or known codes. I bet that gas leak was present before I purchase the car from the salesperson Jillian and Mgr. Mohommed. I have a limited warranty, but cannot afford the $50 for a diagnostic until the 06/17th. I want to exchange the car but the female customer service told me I can not exchange vehicle until I pay to $3500. My account number is 105010843901.They need to waived the $50. read full review »
