Called to cancel service with sprint, spent over an hour on the phone with them. They screwed it up and added plans to each of the lines instead of canceling them. Had to call back and waste another 45 minutes on the phone with them. Asked for them to fix it and cancel service for 5/31 when I originally asked for them to do it, told they can not do this, now it has to be for the end of the month.
